I have to go with Jon Favreau directing Iron Man, which was such a great film and basically started what has become such a great MCU collaboration into the Avengers, which just keeps on going.

Loved this movie….but my favorites director/actor with a few under his belt was Ben Affleck. I really liked Gone Baby gone, Argo, and the the town. I’m not sure what happened with his last one.

Oops…earlier I commented that I liked Rocky, but I was wrong about Silvester Stallone directing (he only wrote the screenplay).

I’ll say Jodie Foster for Little Man Tate.
